First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Panorama Education.
Account Manager
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I was open to learning more but I had to follow up several times before she was able to get something organized. I then had a 30 min phone interview with recruiter and then a second 45-min zoom interview with the hiring manager.
- Can you describe an instance where you encountered a particular situation with a customer and explain how you managed it?
Account Manager
So the interview process had four rounds total. First there were two phone screens, one with the hiring manager and then another with an Account Manager who currently works here. After that, we moved to an in-person interview which involved meeting with three different groups. One of those meetings was actually a casual coffee chat. The last round was a chat with the CEO and the Director of Client Services.
- What makes you want to work at Panorama?
Account Manager
I had a great experience at first. Everyone was very warm, driven, and mission-oriented. I had an initial screening call, and then two more calls before going in for an in-person interview with several people. Everyone was very polite and nice. I followed up via email expressing my continued interest and thanking them, and I’m still waiting for a response after more than 3 months. That left me with a really bad taste in my mouth about them. I’ll also echo other comments about their lack of diversity.
- Can you tell us about yourself?
- Could you describe a situation where you...?
- Can you walk us through a role-play scenario?
