It was a three phase process. First, a phone screening, then an interview with the team, and finally an in person panel interview. Each round was under 30 minutes. If you're prepared and feel good about the interviews, it's manageable. They also had prepared questions.

I sent my resume straight to a marketing team member, who then passed it to HR because my Workday login was messed up. They emailed me the next day to set up an interview. We scheduled it, I prepped, and then waited for the call. This whole thing took two days. HR called me for the interview and started explaining how it would go, but then corrected herself and said they'd already extended an offer earlier that day. She mentioned we could still do the interview if I wanted.

Applied Online. Took two weeks to get a response. Interviewed over the phone, then in person, and a final video interview. Was told this an inside sales role. I was offered the job. It was a 3 month process to get hired. The job description was not at all what was communicated during the interview. NO COMP plans! Only quarterly bonuses that they make impossible to hit 100% of plan. Bonuses are pooled together and tied to a national number. So you can be working hard hitting numbers, and your counterparts not so much, but you all get bonused the same. This breeds a culture of mediocracy. Company culture is awful internally and externally. Racist and sexist jokes being made at happy hours and dinners. Overall, from the hiring process to working for Panduit has been a horrible experience. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. They do NOT pay livable wages as the cherry on top. I would recommend applying elsewhere. Other companies will pay a livable wages with an actual comp plan you can personally influence. On top of that, the company culture is the worst I have ever experienced.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. This interview process was the worse process I've ever experience. My initial call was with a HR person. After going over the job, I informed him the salary was $40k less than what I was currently making and I wasn't going to proceed. He stated they could change the job title that would allow for a higher salary so I continued with 3 additional interviews after that. After the 4th round, the HR person called me to provide a $110k offer and a signing bonus range. I asked him about reposting to increase the salary. He said that wasn't possible. Then he proceeded to tell me to consult with my husband to see if I could afford a pay cut. Also to purchase less expensive shoes. He was total offensive and unprofessional. He also demanded I provide a verbal acceptance without a written offer. After a few days, he sent an email stating the offer wasn't approved. I have never heard of this process and will never work or apply at this company again.
