First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pandora Jewelry.

The whole process from applying to getting an offer took about a week. I applied online and got an email the next day inviting me to a group interview a few days later at my local Pandora store. There were about 10 other people there after closing hours. The store manager, assistant manager, and area manager were the interviewers. We started by introducing ourselves with a fun fact. Then, we had to find a piece of jewelry in the store that we felt represented us and explain why. After that, we paired up and had a few minutes to prep before selling an item to the interviewers. The final part was a quick one-on-one chat with 2-3 questions. The interview lasted about an hour. A few days later, I got a call offering me the job, and I started the following week. It was a really positive experience.
- Choose a jewelry item that best reflects your personality.
- Attempt to sell a piece of jewelry to us.
- Given it's Christmas Eve and there's a long line, what steps would you take to keep customers from getting frustrated while waiting?

Shortly after submitting my application, I was invited for an interview. Upon arrival, I was expected and the store manager was very nice and polite, making me feel comfortable. Fortunately, I was offered a cappuccino as drinks can't be served due to Corona. The conversation was very relaxed, and I felt at ease, allowing me to be very open. After the interview, I was asked if I'd like to do a trial work session spontaneously right away. I was willing and enjoyed it a lot. Another colleague was there (a temporary helper) who was very nice and showed me everything. Conclusion: if I get an offer, Pandora will be my new employer. :)
- What are the competitors?

The interview was held over Zoom and was pretty relaxed and comfortable. They mentioned having over 200 applicants for just a few positions, so I wasn't really expecting to get one since I don't have any sales experience, only customer service background.
- Can you tell me why you're interested in Pandora?
- Do you have any relevant experience?
- What customer service expectations do you think a Pandora employee should meet?
