I sent my application online for a part-time 20-hour position. I was contacted shortly after by email to participate in a group assessment. This is a group interview where candidates are asked to collaborate with each other and find answers together for two questions posed. I was called back a week later for a second remote interview with the area manager and HR. After that, I didn't receive any updates. I would have appreciated an email to know I wasn't selected.
