Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pandora Jewelry.
Student Assistant
I went through the first part of the recruitment process which is an online interview. I got through the first and now I have to take a personality test. The test includes 3 types. One being a personality test, numerical test and a reason test.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What made you decide to apply to Pandora?
- Could you tell me more about your resume?
Student Worker
I was called for an interview for a student worker position. The interview was conducted by another young woman, who was very kind and let me know I had advanced to the second stage, even sending me their custom personality test to complete. I was called the following week, and I appreciated the personal touch instead of a sterile, auto-generated email. I was told I wouldn't be moving forward in the process due to my location, but overall the experience was positive.
- How confident do you feel about working independently?
Intern
We had a group interview with an exercise and its feedback, plus a technical test on Microsoft Excel and some questions about HR Administration. Specifically, the group exercise involved classifying a series of tasks related to the HR Administration role by urgency and importance within a matrix, lasting 30 minutes. It all ended with a presentation in front of the recruiters.
- Technical test on Excel and questions on HR Admin
