Applied through an outside source and got a call two weeks later for a recruitment evening. About 20 people were expected, but fewer showed up. During the evening, we did a crossword about the company and its products. We also had to assemble jewelry sets. This was followed by a short interview. We were told we'd hear by Saturday, and I got a call the next day saying I was successful.
