Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pandora.
Sales Representative
They asked me general questions about experiences at other companies, what I did and managed, and what I expect from this job. Also asked about the type of skills I have and what role I'd like and why I chose them.
- What skills and experience do you have?
Sales Assistant
I chatted with someone about the Sales Assistant job. They seemed to have already decided on hiring me based on how I looked or my experience, which makes me wonder why they interviewed me if they weren't impressed with my background. It's possible my stretched ears, which we talked about, might have been the issue. The person kept saying they wanted candidates with more experience than I have.
- Could you describe your past experience?
- What's your level of experience?
Sales Representative
The selection process started with the manager and the supervisor behind her with a computer. The recruiter interviewed me at the mall's food court. She asked me to talk a little about myself, what I like, and how many bus transfers I take. The interview went well, and she mentioned I would earn a fixed salary plus R$800 if I met the targets, which she said are not difficult at all. She also said she would send me feedback on Friday about whether I passed, and I am waiting. I thanked her very much for the opportunity.
- What is your salary expectation, what do you like to do, where do you live and with whom, do you have any sales experience, and how many bus transfers do you take?
- What do you most enjoy doing? Tell me a little about yourself.
