It was a group interview with ice breakers, and we filled out availability sheets. They presented scenarios. The key is to know the collections well and be good at demonstrating excellent customer service skills. They might also ask about your past experiences. The managers and staff were very friendly.

I got an email to book an interview at the store with the manager. I booked it via email and then went into the store for it. The manager had a lot of questions prepared for me, like 3 double-sided pages worth!

I chatted with someone about the Sales Assistant job. They seemed to have already decided on hiring me based on how I looked or my experience, which makes me wonder why they interviewed me if they weren't impressed with my background. It's possible my stretched ears, which we talked about, might have been the issue. The person kept saying they wanted candidates with more experience than I have.

Technical Coding Presentation

The interview process was really disorganized and made the company seem like it was failing. The recruiter kept calling me super late, like 8-10pm, to talk about the next interview steps. I had to chase them for updates. After I went through 3 interview rounds and completed a take-home project, they just stopped responding. Even though it was a data-focused role, everyone I spoke with seemed to not know much about data. One senior person even misused p-values. Overall, it was a really bad impression.
