The interview process had three rounds. First was a recruiter screening call where they asked general info questions. Next, the hiring manager talked about experience and culture fit. Finally, there was a mock cold call with the hiring manager and other leadership. They were looking for specific tone, speed, and confidence when making calls for different titles and verticals. After the mock call, they give feedback and then you do a second run. They are looking for people who are coachable.

Got a call from a recruiter, then had a video chat with the hiring manager the next week. It was supposed to be 30 mins but only took 10. He said the next step was a mock call, which was the final step. Didn't get to introduce myself or say why I wanted to do sales. He didn't follow up on my answers at all. Asked me to explain my previous SDR job and metrics, and just said 'ok' to my answer without asking for details. He finished by saying PandaDoc is hiring more SDRs and he had more interviews lined up for that day.

The interview environment was very casual and welcoming. The interviewers asked challenging but relevant questions. We went through two rounds of phone interviews and then an in-person interview at the office with multiple people. The whole process was very fast and transparent. Job offers are sent via PandaDoc, which shows they really believe in and use their own product for everything!
