Customer Service Representative
The interview had about 3-4 rounds. The 1st one is one-to -one with the recruiter , she asked me about experience, how do I handle difficult customers, etc. The second round is practical task, you have to complete and submit within 48 h, it consisted of about 4-5 potential customers questions.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience and your motivation for pursuing a role in Customer Support?
- Describe your approach to handling challenging customer interactions.
Customer Support Specialist
So I applied for the L2 role, and went through all the interview stages. After the technical interview, the recruiter told me that they decided to move forward with another candidate for L2. However, they asked if I'd be interested in the L1 position instead, and said no further steps would be needed. I agreed, and was told the role would officially open in a week. After waiting, they needed more time to decide because another candidate was being considered. I waited longer, and was promised a decision by Monday. By the end of the day Monday, I was informed I didn't get the job. I was pretty disappointed because it took a long time, and I thought they were really interested in me. When I asked for feedback, the recruiter got defensive and seemed hostile. They suddenly brought up concerns about my commitment, saying I might leave within a year, which was never mentioned before. This whole experience felt really inconsistent and unprofessional. They offered an alternative role, said no more steps were needed, then delayed the decision, rejected me, and gave me aggressive, unexpected feedback. Honestly, I think I dodged a bullet. If this is how they treat candidates, I can't imagine how they treat employees.
- In your own words, can you explain what a CRM is?
Customer Support Associate
Applied via LinkedIn. HR reached out in 4 days via email and set up a 30-min phone call. After that call, I got another email with an assessment that asked me to reply to a fake customer email. The following week involved 1:1s with the team lead and managers, scheduled separately. In between these, I had assessments for behavior and basic math. I got a job offer right after the last interview. The whole thing took about 4 weeks. Everyone I talked to was really nice and talked about the company culture and what the job entails.
- What makes you want to join PandaDoc?
- Could you share your salary expectations?
