Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PandaDoc.
Account Executive
The interview process was good and straightforward. I had to do a mock call. It's important to be structured and prepared. I met with a few different people, and the whole process took about a month. The recruiter was transparent and kept me informed about each step.
- Deliver a mock sales call.
- Respond to challenging, on-the-spot questions.
Account Executive
The recruiter was great. The people I spoke with during the different stages were open and transparent about how things run within the organization, and they were very knowledgeable about sales. Even though I didn't get an offer, the feedback provided on the calls was very valuable.
- Did a mock discovery call
Account Executive
Had a 30 min screening call with the recruiter. They asked about my experience and if it was similar to the role. They mentioned there would be 4 interview rounds and that the salary was budgeted, though lower than market. They also asked about other companies I was interviewing with and said they would be transparent about other candidates. I was told I'd hear about the next round in 4 days. 5 days later, I got an email saying the role was filled. This makes me think they lied about either the role being filled or their transparency. Given this and the low salary, I won't consider them again.
