The interview process started with a good recruiter call. Then, I moved to the next stage, interviewing with the district manager and a panel. This was the most unprofessional interview I've experienced. The meeting link wasn't provided, and the recruiter didn't respond to my emails or calls beforehand. About 15 minutes after the scheduled start, I got a call asking what was up. I explained, and they texted a link. I joined right away, but they seemed to blame me for the delay. Two panelists had their video off, and when they spoke, their driving made it distracting and hard to hear. The district manager started asking questions, and it felt like it wasn't going well, which I own. After about 15 minutes, another panelist took over, and the district manager left without a word. It was very unprofessional.

I got a response for an interview really fast after applying. Three people interviewed me. They were chill and open to hiring a new grad student like me, even without prior experience.

I was contacted twice, I guess because I applied twice. The first person I spoke with on Zoom seemed really bored, like they were yawning and doing other stuff. They said they'd get back to me in a few days, but I never heard anything. About a month later, a different person called, and they were more professional. I mentioned I'd already interviewed, and then their attitude totally changed. They said the decision would be the same and they didn't even know I'd interviewed because their interviews weren't coordinated. Super unprofessional and rude, honestly.
