I interviewed for a Manager role. The process involved multiple interviews with a lot of management people. It felt like they were more interested in training their management team on how to interview rather than genuinely assessing candidates. It was a really strange process. It also included an on-the-job testing period where they didn't really teach me how to do the job before expecting me to perform.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The first 10 minutes were for self-introduction and resume review. From 10 to 25 minutes, we discussed your thoughts on Panda Express's website and app. Then, from 25 to 50 minutes, we went into a case study with A/B testing questions. The last part, from 50 to 60 minutes, was about any issues you might have with the role and your feedback on the interview itself.

Behavioral Technical

My first interview was soon after I applied mid-June. Through Zoom with HR. My second interview was at my local Panda with the general manager early July. I was told there would be a third interview, which I didn't mind, and even if I didn't pass the manager interview I would have a position as FOH. Third interview rescheduled numerous times and eventually done over Zoom with area manager mid-July. Interviewers were very nice, not a very hard or stressful interview. Was told I would hear decision from either interviewer in a few days. It is now the end of August. I've called, texted, and heard nothing. Felt like a massive waste of time.
