I had to wait about 20 minutes because they were busy with customers. The interview itself was about 30 minutes long. It was pretty straightforward, with the manager asking questions while the assistant manager just observed. They asked me about how I handle prioritizing tasks and explained what the training would be like.

I got a call asking if I could come in for an interview. I went down to the store during the lunch rush and waited. About 40 minutes later, the manager and an assistant manager came out and interviewed me. They asked general questions, and after about 25 minutes, the manager asked if I was ready for the job. She mentioned it would be hard a few times. But after I told her I was sure I wanted to do it, she sent me home with the necessary information to begin my career at Panda.
