Administrative Assistant
So my interview experience was a 4 stage process, and I've gone through 3 stages so far. It started with a phone interview with the recruiter. After that, they wanted me to come in for a 1:1 in-person interview. Following the 1:1, I was told I'd have a panel interview with about 6 people, likely the team I'd be working with. This panel interview was intense; they really dug into my resume, questioning me on everything and asking me to explain how I'd do specific tasks. It felt unfriendly and a bit rude, which was surprising given the company culture. I recommend skimming the book they mention. I think I did okay, but I'm not sure I'll make it to the final round. It was tough, so be prepared for a challenging interview.
- Are you skilled in using Microsoft Excel?
- Explain the steps on how to perform a VLook-Up in Excel.
- How can one download a video from the internet and insert it into a PowerPoint presentation?
Administrative Assistant
Had a phone call with basic questions. Since it's a temp job, they wanted to know about benefits and if I'd be a 1099. The application was easy, just typed in my address and sent my resume. No Unicru test.
- Do you know the 7 habits and have you read the book?
- Are you familiar with Panda's values?
- What are your long-term career goals?
Administrative Assistant
The interview process is pretty standard. If you do well, you'll move on to the next interview. Everyone was professional and organized. The first interview was with HR, and the second and third interviews were with the department hiring manager.
- What are the standard questions HR asks?
