Software Engineer
The interview process was extensive, smooth, and interactive. It focused heavily on my current projects, software design concepts, and programming skills, including data structures like lists, queues, and trees. The panel was friendly and provided information about the job, team size, in-office policies, and company benefits.

- Tell me about your programming skills.
- What do you know about data structures?
Software Engineer
I first connected with a recruiter at a campus job fair, and we kept in touch via email. Then, there was a video call with the team. After that, I had to travel to their headquarters for an in-person meeting, which was about an hour away. The team was really nice and mentioned they had an office closer to my campus, so I ended up interviewing there instead.
- Can you explain object-oriented concepts?
- What about garbage collection in C++?
Software Engineer
So first, HR will give you a call to set up a one on one interview. Then, Round 1 is a Technical Skype interview (audio only) where we'll talk about your past experience, give you a coding challenge, and ask some technical questions about the job. If you pass that, Round 2 is a Panel interview with the manager and some senior software engineers. It's a Technical and Behavioural Skype interview (audio video). You'll hear back about the decision within a week after the second round.
- Are there questions related to the job description and your previous experience?
- What about the fundamentals of the programming language you know?
