- Could you explain what freight forwarding is in general?
- How would you describe your English fluency, both spoken and written?
Customer Service Agent
I had a phone call with a Supervisor, then a formal meeting with HR, and then with the hiring manager. After the interviews, I completed an online personality assessment to see if I was a good fit for the job. I got an email saying I didn't get any further. Panalpina used to be an easier company to get hired at.
- Describe a situation where you disagreed with your supervisor. What happened, what was the result, and what would you do differently?
- What aspects of freight forwarding are most appealing to you?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was very easy and streamlined, making it effortless and very effective. There were about three interviews to ensure I was a good fit. The HR and hiring personnel were top-notch.
