I recently found a job opening that seemed ideal. I carefully prepared and sent my resume, highlighting my most relevant experiences. Happily, I quickly got confirmation that I was selected for an interview. During the process, I spoke with the manager and the team lead, where we discussed my skills and the company culture. However, when I received the job offer, I realized the salary wasn't in line with the job's demands. After thinking about it, I decided to decline the offer, looking for a position that better matched my expectations and needs.

I had my first contact with HR, which was well-structured, and the second contact was with the manager. It seemed like there would be another step, but it wasn't necessary. I found the process to be very well-structured.

I contacted the manager via email and they forwarded me to an HR analyst who conducted the first stage of the interview. I was then sent on to talk with the managers, and overall it was pretty relaxed. They asked me about my work routine and how I collaborate with peers. In the end, they told me they would send me a technical test, which apparently wasn't meant to be a dealbreaker, but it ended up being one, and that left me with a bad impression of the hiring process and their word.
