Program Assistant
The process was pretty straightforward. First, I had a quick chat with the recruiter to go over my basic info. After that, I met with the team I'd be joining. They asked some standard questions, and then I got an offer.
- Can you share an instance of a workplace conflict you experienced and how you managed it?
Program Assistant
The interview for the Program Assistant role was with the USAID Bureau of Humanitarian Affairs. The interviewers were friendly and the overall experience was pretty average. Two people were involved in the interview itself, but all the communication and scheduling went through PAE.
- What are your strongest qualities for this role?
- Could you share your biggest weakness?
- Can you tell me about an experience you had working on a grant?
Program Assistant
The interview process was pretty standard, or shorter than some. It consisted of submitting an application, being invited for a phone screening and then having a group interview. Follow that the offer was made.
- In five years, where do you envision your career path leading?
- Can you discuss your background concerning the responsibilities outlined in the job description?
