It was a pretty straightforward interview process. First, there was a quick chat with some questions, then a second interview focused on technical aspects. Everything was done over the phone. Honestly, it felt easy, nothing too stressful for someone just starting out as an HVAC tech.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved a 40-minute initial call, followed by a second interview, and then a meeting with the manager. These were conducted via video calls and phone calls, with the initial video calls being more challenging than the phone calls. The onboarding process didn't happen, and there were many candidates interviewed. The recruiter was very friendly, but it became clear that the role didn't align with my technical skills.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process had 2 rounds, and they were both pretty simple. First, there was a recruiter call to go over the job and what the goals were. Then, there was a second interview with a higher-up where we talked about some more detailed questions about me and some easy questions about the job itself. They said there's no way to mess those up because they just want you to be honest. They usually follow up with an offer in a few days and then it's just waiting on the background check.

Behavioral Technical Case

It was an extensive interview, with a certain degree of difficulty but also challenging. It evaluated interpersonal relationships and technical knowledge related to the work area. There are 3 stages, and in each one, emphasis is placed on a certain trait of the applicant, delving into each one and leaving it to the interviewee's creativity to answer questions and challenges of calculation and decision-making.
