First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Padilla.
Account Executive
Went through 2 interviews for this role but unfortunately they hired someone else. I only found out 2 weeks later. In those 2 weeks, I tried reaching out to HR after the first interview (no response), then to my interviewers for the second round (no response), and even called HR (no answer). Finally, I sent one last email to HR asking directly if the position was filled, and that's when I got the rejection email from a generic Padilla account, not even from the HR person I'd been in contact with. It was not a good interview experience at all.
- What is your experience with Agriculture?
Account Executive
I initially thought this was a great interview process with a really tentative HR Team. I even came in for interviews multiple days and loved the whole team. However, when following up, HR went quiet. It was a rude shock that they could not answer a email if the position was filled or not. Especially after taking multiple days off to come in and interview for a few hours.
- Can you walk us through your background?
- How do you perform under pressure?
Account Executive
I went through 3 interviews in total. First, I had a phone call with HR. Then, I met with my direct manager. Finally, I spoke with the practice director and a partner.
- Can you share details about your public relations background?
- How have you managed client relationships in the past?
