Got contacted within a week of applying. Had a video interview with the Chief of Staff, which was great. They decided to move forward with me pretty quickly and let me know very nicely, saying "We received many applications for this role and have decided to move forward with another candidate whose background better aligns with the position given their experience working in marketing/PR industry related settings."

Went through 2 interviews for this role but unfortunately they hired someone else. I only found out 2 weeks later. In those 2 weeks, I tried reaching out to HR after the first interview (no response), then to my interviewers for the second round (no response), and even called HR (no answer). Finally, I sent one last email to HR asking directly if the position was filled, and that's when I got the rejection email from a generic Padilla account, not even from the HR person I'd been in contact with. It was not a good interview experience at all.

This is a SCAM!!! They want you to buy thousands of dollars worth of equipment yourself and ship it to them for their technicians to "install" their "software" on it. You won't get your equipment back! Legitimate companies provide necessary equipment from their budget, they don't pass that cost to potential employees. The process is completely unprofessional and they want you to do a "chat" interview over encrypted messaging. They didn't even set up an interview. It's a churn and burn scam. THIS IS NOT NORMAL.

After attending an agency info session, I was contacted for an interview. Initially, I had a phone screen and then completed a writing test. A few months passed without an update, but then I received an email for another phone interview, which turned out to be for an Assistant Account Executive role. They mentioned an in-person interview was to be scheduled soon. After a week of no contact, I followed up, but my inquiries were ignored, leaving me unsure about the position's status or if I should have formally applied online.
