The interview process was very well organized and professional, but not intimidating. Overall, it was a good experience. I had two rounds of interviews. The first on-site interview involved meeting with the hiring manager and their manager, with each meeting lasting about 45 minutes. I received a callback within two days, which was quite efficient, and the second and final on-site interview was scheduled for the following week. During this final round, I met with six other people individually, with each meeting lasting around 30 minutes. I received an offer within three days.

The HR and recruiting team was efficient and friendly! After a chat with the hiring manager, I had a screen with the recruiter. My virtual on-sites were scheduled within a few days. I did mine over two days: 2 hours on the first day and 1.5 hours on the second day. I had 7 interviews with folks ranging from the clinical side to the supply chain side to the informatics side (each 30 mins long). All the interviews flowed like natural conversations with 5-10 mins at the end of each of them for me to ask questions. Really enjoyed speaking with everyone I met!

Behavioral Technical

I started with a recruiter call from PACT who gave me the lowdown on the role, the company, and how things would go. Next up, I had a phone chat with some of the team leads. We dove deeper into the job, my history, and they threw in some behavioral questions. Then, I headed for an on-site, which was pretty packed with 10 people. It was all laid out nicely, and everyone I talked to was cool. Lots of technical and behavioral stuff came up. The whole thing with PACT felt pretty seamless and fast. Once they checked my references, they made me an offer. They were also really flexible about my move, especially with the immigration stuff and handing over my old duties.

I was interviewed for the Director Applications Architect role and the interview was straightforward and good quality. The interviewers asked to-the-point tech questions and weren't tricking me. Overall, I had about 3 technical rounds and 2 management rounds, plus the recruiter interview which was also awesome.
