Project Coordinator
The interview process is quite lengthy. They'll have you come in for a walk-in interview, but it seems like nobody from the hiring team is actually there to conduct it. There are a total of 4 rounds: first, you write an essay, then you do a formal letter writing task. After that, you'll interview with the hiring manager, and finally, with the project manager. You'll end up spending your whole day at the office.
- Tell me about the most difficult situation you've faced in your life.
- What's your approach to keeping a review on track?
- How would you go about managing a team?
Project Coordinator
We were given an essay to write about ourselves and what makes us who we are. After that, we were called into a different room, though it wasn't clear if it was based on the essay or random. We were then given two formal letters to write and a simple logical reasoning test. We were told we'd hear back by the next evening. I got a call that day but missed it. When I called back, the receptionist told me to call again the next day. I finally got through to HR and was told I wasn't selected, with no reason given. I don't think I was initially called for a walk-in just to be rejected; perhaps they filled the positions before I could be considered for the next day's interview. I wish they'd given a more honest answer than a flimsy excuse.
- The test was quite easy.
Project Coordinator
I went through 3 rounds of interviews on November 13th, 2013. The first was an essay writing task where I had to write about 250 words on a given topic to check my writing, grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure. The second was a letter writing task where I had to write two professional, error-free, and concise business letters on provided topics. The third was an aptitude test with about 20 easy logical reasoning and basic math questions. After finishing, I was told to leave and received a call from HR the next day for a brief interview where they asked basic questions like why I chose this role and company, my interest, and why I left my previous job. The HR mentioned they would make an offer, but I declined further discussion as their expectations didn't match mine.
- Be prepared and it will be easy.
