Technical Editor
Interview process is smooth and hassle free if you are technically sound. There are numerous rounds, technical and non-technical. Round 1: basic Q&A, submit a document after asking the given questions. Round 2: technical test with MCQs on computer, arithmetic, and reasoning, plus email writing. Round 3: interview with peers (technical interview process). Round 4: HR round.

Squad Leader
The interview process was smooth and HR coordinated it well. It started with a filtering HR round with a written questionnaire. Then there was a practical task involving Laravel, ReactJs, and Elasticsearch. This was followed by a technical round and finally a Director and behavioral round.

Acquisition Editor
The interview had a total of 5 rounds, where your performance in the previous round determines your movement to the next. Round 1 involved filling out a form with required information and writing an essay of at least 250 words on a given topic. Round 2 was an online test related to the role, requiring finding authors, writing and replying to emails, and reviewing/suggesting improvements for a fictional Book or Course Outline provided by authors, with internet access allowed for research. Round 3 was an introduction with HR. Round 4 was a comprehensive panel interview with a Publisher and a Senior Acquisition Editor, who would be your potential reporting manager. Round 5 was an interview with the General Manager.

Technical Editor
Before writing about interview process i like would to mention few things. 1)If your not from CS/IT branch dont go there. 2)If u dont know about new technology. 3)dont trap under easy hiring process as they can reject in last round. It was 1 process. there were total 6 rounds. Essay writing. Aptitude test and finding html error. Hr round Machine round you to execute a hello world program. Manager round. Worst interview process i have ever faced. The cant decide whether to hire candidate or not untill the last round. Dear hr before scheduling the iinterview of the candidate please go through the resume once whether he is capable of that role. They want pro level from frehser you have to be verse on AI,IOS Development Python and all. If someone know the artificial intelligence programming then why would he/she will go to technical editing profile. Dont fool the candidate. please improve yoir hiring process. The worst part of interview is manager round he consider himself as the owner of company will judge you very short span of time by asking some random quetion according to him every technology is outdated.
