It was a pretty chill interview process, not too intense. I had meetings with a few different people. The office is in an industrial area. In total, I met with four people. Most of the questions felt pretty casual. They didn't even offer me a drink.

I applied online and didn't hear back, so I emailed recruiters and got in touch with the hiring recruiter. We had a phone interview that went well, but I heard nothing back even after following up. She then called me about another position, not remembering me and thinking I was a new candidate. She recognized me from her notes after I emailed a few times, and decided to postpone another phone interview. Weeks passed, and I finally had an in-person interview with 7 people, a tedious project, and a test. I figured they must be interested given the number of interviews, the project (which took hours), and the test. However, none of the interviewers explained their roles, whether I would be working for them, or even what position I was interviewing for. After all these steps, I was told at the end of a math test that I was too 'task oriented' for the job. They did like my project, saying it was the best they'd seen, and asked if I'd be interested in a lower position. I feel this was a total waste of time and energy because they could have seen my 'task oriented' nature from my resume. I'm very disappointed and won't apply here again.

It was a four step process. First, I had an initial screen interview with the recruiter. Then, a phone interview with the hiring manager and another manager. After that, an in-office interview with three people. Finally, a follow-up phone interview with people who couldn't make my in-office visit because I was from out of state. The recruiter was helpful and gave me some prep tips, maybe telling me what they might ask or what trips up other candidates. The in-office interview was organized and the people were nice, but some interviewers had to cancel last minute, so I did more interviews at home. The questions weren't too hard and were sometimes more conversational. I know from hearing about other interviews and even giving one myself that they aren't usually tough. The company doesn't guide interviewers, so they tend to ask the same things.
