I applied online and got a call from a recruiter who set up a phone screen. Then, the same recruiter called again to set up an in-person interview at their HQ. I met with 2 managers there. The interviews were pretty basic and casual. I wore casual clothes. After the interview, the recruiter gave me a tour and answered my questions. The whole thing took about 45 minutes.
