The interview process was quite lengthy, spanning 2-3 weeks between each of the two interviews. I found myself having to constantly follow up. Each time we set up an interview, it would get rescheduled. Then, the final part was supposed to be shadowing, but the senior talent acquisition person kept rescheduling that too, three times in total. When I mentioned I had another offer and they needed my decision, they just told me to take it. It felt unfair and like a waste of my time, like I wasn't given a real chance. I'm very disappointed with this company.
- Tell me about your high school experience.

It was a really thorough process. We had 2 phone interviews and then 2 in-person interviews. One of the in-person interviews was with a talent acquisition person and the other was with the managing partners. They also had me hang out with some recruiters to get a feel for the day-to-day. It was a really impressive process and everyone I met was super friendly.
- How would you prioritize being money motivated, focused on customer service, and driven by competition?
- Can you walk me through your life story, starting from high school?
- What does being coachable mean to you?
Associate Recruiter
This company has a really thorough interview process. You’ll have a couple of phone interviews and at least two in-person interviews. You'll meet with the head of talent acquisition and also upper management, including the CEO. They are looking for a specific type of person, which is why they are so successful. They don’t just hire a bunch of new people and see who makes it. They hire the right people, treat them well, and have a cohesive team of awesome employees. It's an amazing workplace.
- Can you tell me about your biggest accomplishment in high school or college?
