Administrative Assistant
The process was long and it took months for them to get back to me. If you need a job ASAP, it probably won't work. They were very cordial and professional though.
- What's the first thing you do when organizing a calendar event for someone?
Executive Assistant
The whole process took about a month from applying to the last interview. It started with a phone call with HR, then an in-person meeting with HR, followed by another in-person meeting with the current assistant. The final interview was with the executive. After all that, I never heard back from anyone about not getting the job, which was frustrating since I spent over 4 hours interviewing.
- Can you tell me about your past experience as an assistant?
- Have you had experience booking travel for an executive in the past?
Executive Assistant
The interview process began with a phone conversation, followed by an in-person meeting. During these stages, you'll be asked a variety of questions about your previous work experiences and your personal attributes. The HR team is known for being very helpful and professional.
- What are your thoughts on working within a large organization like ours?
