It was pretty chill. They asked me a lot of stuff about my background and what my experience was like, what I wanted to do, and how it all connected.

The interview went okay, but the follow-up was unusual. It seems like there may be some turnover at this company with processes and follow-ups like that. It raised some major concerns for me. I'm relieved I listened to my instincts and moved on quickly.

The whole process took about a month from applying to the last interview. It started with a phone call with HR, then an in-person meeting with HR, followed by another in-person meeting with the current assistant. The final interview was with the executive. After all that, I never heard back from anyone about not getting the job, which was frustrating since I spent over 4 hours interviewing.
