The interview process took a while. First, I had a phone screening, and then I went to their office for an in-person interview. There, I met with four different groups of people, including paralegals and associates. I completed a few basic logic tests and a writing assessment. About a week later, I returned for a second round of interviews, which were similar to the first. Each interview day lasted about 3-4 hours.

Behavioral Group

The interview process is a bit long; you meet with the attorney twice, and also three separate groups of people who work there. It felt a little redundant because sometimes the questions were the exact same ones the previous groups asked. While it's important for the team to meet the candidate, it seems like they could have combined some employees into one group instead of having several. Another odd thing was that even though it's an 'Entry Level' job, when training was brought up, it wasn't clear if there would be 'official' training or if it would be more of a learn-as-you-go situation. It was also really frustrating when they kept asking if I had questions. While it's definitely recommended to have questions for this interview, I think all the groups were really persistent about asking the candidate if they had questions. After meeting four or five different groups, it's hard to keep coming up with questions (especially if you're nervous!). So, maybe at the end, they could just say, 'If you have any questions, feel free to email any of us' instead of staring at the interviewee waiting for a response. It seemed like everyone there knew what they were doing and were happy in their jobs, but you don't need to brag about how happy you are on Glassdoor for people to see that. If it's a good fit, one would know during the interview, not based on how happy or unhappy employees are on a website. It looked like a great 'young' environment for new hires, and the office was really updated and clean.
