Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a three-stage process. First, a tough phone interview where the interviewer actually called the management culture a Ponzi scheme, talking about how senior managers exploit junior staff with unreasonable targets and workloads, leading to a 10% chance of job loss via a compulsory bench policy. Then, a grueling 4-hour panel interview that required creating a 20-minute presentation task just a few hours beforehand, which the candidate questioned the real-world applicability of. Finally, an interview with the direct senior manager, which the candidate described as something slave drivers would do to see their hires up close.

The interview process involves 4 rounds, and it felt like a good way to see if my skills fit what they need. One part is a take-home challenge. There are quite a few rounds to get through, but it moves pretty fast.
