The interview process was a half-day assessment centre, both in-person and online. It involved a one-on-one interview, a group interview, a case study, and a presentation. This followed an initial online text and video interview. The presentation was something I had to prepare beforehand.

Behavioral Group

It was a pretty long interview process that took months. It started with my CV and cover letter, then a phone interview. After that, I got an invite to an assessment centre in London. I had to follow up myself after the assessment centre, as they hadn't decided yet. So, I decided to just go with another offer. I also asked for feedback, but they didn't even respond.

Behavioral Technical Group Presentation

The first call was a recruiter screen, mostly behavioral questions. After that, I had to complete a couple of online tests, like verbal and numerical reasoning, which were pretty standard. Then there was an assessment day that lasted about half a day. It included two one-on-one interviews with analysts or consultants and a group exercise. For the group part, we had to look at some documents and prepare a presentation in an hour.
