It was a thorough and deliberate process. Very professional. There was a technical competency interview, a soft skill interview, a case study interview, a written assessment, and finally a partner interview. Everything was done virtually via Teams. The questions they asked were clearly articulated and the interviewers were personable and professional.

Went through an online assessment centre, which included a partner interview with standard capability questions. Then there was a Case Study where I had to advise on launching an app now or doing more development considering costs. There was also a Group Case Study, with just me and one other person, similar to the other case study but the interviewer asked questions throughout. It was pretty easy, just need to be confident.

Behavioral Technical

I interviewed with two Principal Consultants. There was some initial confusion about whether the role was Consultant or Principal Consultant, but we decided to move forward and clarify later. They asked general questions about my experience. Both interviewers seemed to really like working there and said I'd get feedback the following week. But, I haven't heard anything, even after following up with the hiring manager. They totally ghosted me, which is pretty rude. I definitely DO NOT recommend this company.
