Behavioral Presentation

I applied in April 2024 and by June, I was contacted for the first of three interview rounds. Christina was great, keeping in touch via text, email, and phone, making it feel welcoming. Ahmad's second interview was professional; he explained the job and details clearly. Jessica, the manager in the third interview, was polite and explained the role's expectations, helping me decide this is where I want to be career-wise. The entire process was quick and convenient with all communication via text, phone, or email. All three interviews were conducted over Zoom, so I did them from home. Tonya the trainer has been a pleasure, Jen from onboarding made sure I was ready, and Sarah really welcomed me during GCO. Overall, a great experience so far, and I'm looking forward to what's next.

The interview process was swift and very well organized. I worked mainly with Travis and Jennifer through phone calls, emails and text messages to ensure everything was set up for two of my interviews properly and sufficiently. Initially, there is a phone conversation to go over the job description for the inside sales representative position. After that, I was scheduled for a first interview thru video. Once a decision was made to move forward I again had a video interview. Within that day I had an answer as to whether or not I was accepted to work at PJ Fitzpatrick and I quickly received all my onboarding information. I appreciated the swiftness as it can be stressful waiting to get hired or not from a company! I am excited to start my journey with them as the atmosphere already seems to be team oriented and very well organized, set you up for success type of job!

Got an email to schedule a phone interview after applying. Then they invited me for an in-person interview with 2 people. But when I got there, one person was sick, so I would have had to come back anyway. After the first interview, they said they'd be in touch to set up another interview, but they never were. I reached out a few days later to set something up, and they told me the positions were already filled.
