I applied online and they got back to me pretty quickly to set up an interview. The first interview was with one of the Call Center Managers and it was really nice, she was friendly and polite. They let me know I'd be moving on to a second, final interview and gave me some times to pick from for a day or two later. The final interview was with another Call Center Manager, and they were also respectful and helpful. The questions they asked were fair and direct for the job. Above all, the recruiter, Travis, was exceptional. He offered so much support and encouragement and kept checking in, which really made me more enthusiastic about the interview process and accepting the offer.

My interview experience with PJ Fitzpatrick was great, very organized and they were flexible too! I definitely recommend them. Christina did my first phone interview and she is super nice and made me feel really welcome right away. Then I had my next two interviews, which were video calls, with Ahmad and then Amber. They are both call center managers and were really welcoming and efficient. I accepted their job offer and Christina and Jennifer followed up with me again after that. The whole interview process was really accommodating and honestly the best I've ever had with a company. I'm so excited to start my career with them!

The hiring manager, Theresa, gave me a call for an initial phone interview. We talked briefly about my customer service background and she asked me a few basic questions. After that, she set up an interview date and time for me. When I got there, I met with Theresa again. She took me to the interview room where I waited for John, the Customer Service Manager. John interviewed me for about 30 minutes and then he hired me right away!
