Presentation Case

It was a ridiculous presentation based on a case study. The case study was poorly written and could be interpreted in many ways. The lack of questions during the interview suggests a lack of focus and that a lot of time was wasted completing this free work for the company. It also shows a lack of seriousness in finding a candidate as they likely already had someone in mind. The turndown was equally ridiculous, showing a lack of diversity and engagement for candidates with exceptional experience and knowledge.

Behavioral Technical

The first stage was with the internal recruiter and it was pretty standard. The second stage was not great. The hiring manager seemed uncomfortable, and that made me feel awkward too. It was a strange conversation where I was grilled about my past experience with specific tools. It really didn't feel like a natural two-way conversation at all. I was actually pretty happy to get rejected the same day.

The interview process had these parts: 1. Recruiter call screener 2. Interview with the Hiring Manager 3. Case Study 4. Offer Call. It was a little confusing because I applied for multiple positions, but the interviewers were nice and let me ask questions.
