Customer Success Manager
It's a pretty standard interview process. You start with a recruiter call, then there's an assignment, followed by an interview with your potential direct manager, and finally, an offer. They let you know the interviewers' names in advance, which is nice because you can look them up and learn about them beforehand.
- Can you tell us about your experience?
- What value do you think you will bring to the team?
Customer Success Lead

Customer Success Manager
I had an initial call with a recruiter from an external agency. Although the conversation went well and I was told I'd hear back soon, I never did. It was quite disappointing. My advice to Oyster is to train their recruiters better so this doesn't happen. It would be a shame if your company's reputation suffered because of a poor recruitment agency.
- Could you describe your background and experience?
