I had a phone screen with a recruiter. They said they'd get back to me in a day about next steps because the team needed to discuss headcount. I followed up twice and didn't hear anything until the end of the week. Then they ghosted me for a month before emailing that they weren't sure if they were hiring for the role. A week and a half after that, I got an email at 5:30am ET on a Monday saying the team was no longer hiring for the role. The company was super unprofessional and disorganized, and also unaware to email candidates at 5:30am on a Monday.

Behavioral Case Presentation

We had 4 interviews: first with a recruiter, then the hiring manager, then a peer, and finally a business case. They estimated 2 hours of prep time for the case, but it actually took a lot longer. The case involved discussing a deal and how to map out a sales territory.

Behavioral Presentation Case

The interview process was super simple: First, I talked to the Recruiter. Then, I had a chat with the Hiring Manager. After that, there was an Interview / Presentation with the Hiring Manager and the VP of Sales. Finally, they let me know about the Offer. Communication was great the whole way through, I'd definitely recommend interviewing here if you're in sales or HR tech.
