The interview process started with a recruiter call, followed by a phone screen where I was asked about my experience in managing B2B sales and distribution in the telco industry. I was asked how I drove revenue growth, and what strategies I implemented to manage teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure distributor alignment with company goals.

The recruiter was super friendly and helpful and explained the job well. They seemed a bit disorganized regarding benefits though, not much info. Things got much worse when I met with the Manager. He looked like he was in his PJs when I was dressed professionally. After the interview, he promised to follow up, but I never heard back. I was ghosted; even emailing the recruiter didn't get a response. Glad I didn't end up working there.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The Manager asked nothing difficult.

It started with a group discussion about whether creativity or efficiency is more important. After that, there was a personal interview with three interviewers. They asked questions about my CV and also some situational questions. It was pretty straightforward.
