The interview was very simple, practically without complications. They didn't ask technical questions or test specific knowledge. It's almost like showing up and you're already in. The atmosphere was relaxed, informal, and fast. The whole process flowed naturally, which is why I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an opportunity without so many filters or unnecessary stress. Ideal if you want to start soon.

The interview process for an administrative employee at OXXO usually kicks off with an online or in-store application. After that, the candidate gets a call for an in-person or virtual interview. During this chat, the recruiter checks out administrative skills, how well they can use office software, and their previous work history. They'll ask about teamwork, customer service, and how they handle problems. Sometimes, they might also give psychometric tests or practical administrative tasks. If the candidate looks good, they move on to checking references and backgrounds. Lastly, they'll make a job offer and welcome the new person to the team.

It was a really chill and transparent process. The interviewer didn't put any pressure on me and made me feel comfortable talking. She was polite, answered all my questions, and gave me feedback as promised. During the interview, she made it clear that I should just be myself. She was empathetic and showed the utmost respect a candidate could hope for. She also mentioned she was evaluating other profiles.

I applied on Infojobs and they messaged me the day before to schedule an online interview via Teams. There were 13 people, and the interviewer explained the company's process and benefits. We were asked to raise our hands in any order to speak with each person. When called, you turn on your camera and answer. At the end, she said she would message us in up to two weeks if we passed or failed.
