It was a thorough and specific interview. I got to know the company and their staffing team better. They asked some detailed questions, which I appreciated as I am a detailed person.

It was a laid-back interview. Basically, you just talk about your past work experience so that the Oxford staff can check if your background fits the job description. If your background is a good match, your profile is then sent to the potential employer for their consideration.

The hiring manager and the owner of the team conducted the interview. It lasted nearly three hours. They asked some personal questions that I don't think are appropriate for an interview setting. They were friendly, though, even though it took a long time.

I went through two interviews. The first was with Oxford, and the second was with the company I would be working for. It was a pretty straightforward process. After the Oxford interview, they helped me update my resume to get ready for the client interview. The client interview was pretty standard; they asked a lot of questions directly related to the job.
