It was a half hour interview with typical questions, but it included a student-teacher scenario. You had to correct some sample work and give feedback to the 'student.' There was also a second interview or shadow shift before they hired you.

Behavioral

It was a pretty chill interview process. They mainly wanted to gauge your ability to connect with children and your subject matter knowledge. Unlike some other places, they didn't have you do a skills assessment, which was a nice break.

They wanted to do an interview online first. Then, about a week later, I had to go to the center for an in-person interview. Mostly, they asked standard behavioral questions, like about my strengths and weaknesses, and how I'd describe myself.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you tell me about your career aspirations and how this position aligns with them?
