I had two interviews for the Graduate Programme, each with two interviewers. The first interviewers were more junior and seemed bored, while the second ones were more senior and engaged. The second interview also included a short essay writing exercise that we discussed immediately after. The HR department seemed a bit disorganized and preferred phone calls. I had to wait more than double the promised time for feedback after both interviews, and my emails went unanswered. It seems they're still figuring out the Graduate Programme for the 2023 intake, especially regarding the working arrangements.

The interview process was really quick and went smoothly. The interviewers were super nice, and they asked only technical questions related to the current macroeconomic situation. If I wasn't sure about something, they were helpful, but it was still a tough selection process.

Behavioral Technical Other

I applied using my resume and a cover letter. Then, I got an invite for a 20-minute phone interview with an HR person and a 30-minute written task. The phone chat covered typical stuff from the job description, plus two macroeconomics questions. The written part had five really broad topics, and I felt rushed trying to finish anything substantial in the time given.
