Had a 15 min screening call. They asked very few questions about the role itself. About 10 mins was spent discussing salary expectations (they said it's minimum wage for London and non-negotiable), start time (non-flexible), and the interview process (they couldn't give updates even if requested and gave no timeline). They shared very few details about the role itself, only mentioning they received an overwhelming number of applicants, which they repeated multiple times. The hiring team seems overworked, but the lack of clarity made it a poor experience overall.

We had an excel test before the interview. The interview itself was a two on one, lasting about 30 minutes. Afterwards, there was a short 5-10 minute presentation about basic skills learned on word, excel, etc.

After a warm welcome, I had to do a 15-minute Excel test. Then, I was taken to a boardroom where a panel of 3 people asked me questions. They delved into my application and CV, asked what I knew about the company, and how I could contribute. Finally, they asked me general economics questions.
