They contacted me to do a written test and then an oral interview. The process took 2 months between the written test and the oral interview. The written test wasn't too hard and the interview was smooth.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I was emailed for a 1:1 interview with the supervisor of the position, which was like 5+ months after I applied. The interview was for screening purposes to make sure I was still interested and understood the position's expectations. 12-15 people were interviewed like this. About 5 or fewer came back for a panel interview a week or two later. The interview included team members, other teams, a department head, and an HR rep from Boston via video call. Each person asked a question, for a total of 5-6 questions plus a few followups. The interview lasted about 40 minutes. Then I was taken to fill out processing paperwork and info for background and reference checks. I was told the decision might come down to references. It was a good experience, but expect the whole process from application to decision to take 6+ months.

Applied online on the Oxfam Website and received an email invitation to interview. I had to log in to a secure jobs website to select a suitable time. It was interesting that they gave me the interview questions upon arrival and 10 minutes to prepare. A great idea, but communication about expense reimbursement could be improved. I found out I got the job 10 days after the interview via a call from the chair of the panel, who gave helpful and extensive feedback.
