Coordinator
First there was a phone call, and then an online interview will follow. The phone call went very well: the person was nice and polite, very helpful; she answered all my questions with transparency and clarity. I am now waiting for the interview which will take place online.
- What prior experience do you have in project coordination?
Program Coordinator
It was an in person interview with about two program officers, another Coordinator and manager. Overall, the interview was easy although intimidating because there were about 4-5 people in the room. Overall the process was smooth and fast. The questions were not particularly difficult and were general interview questions.
- Regarding your interest in extractives, why?
Program Coordinator
Four rounds interview with line manager, director and colleagues, including writing test with presentation in the second round. It was not a very difficult process, the writing test required basic knowledge of the working field based on your previous working experience.
