The interview process was pretty straightforward and easy if you prepare. Depending on the size of the site, there might be multiple interviews with different people. Nothing particularly unique stood out; it was just generic questions.
- What motivates your desire to work in Safety?
Safety Manager
She asked questions. I had the chance to ask questions. I thought it went well even though I didn't get the position. She had me walk her through my resume and tell her a bit about myself.
- Tell me about your resume ?
EHS Specialist
The recruiter reached out via email a few hours after I applied on their website to schedule a phone interview. The interview went well, and I was then asked to complete a HireVue web-based interview, which involved answering basic questions on camera. I was notified by email about six weeks later that I wouldn't be proceeding further, but they'd keep my resume on file. Overall, the website was easy to use for applying and tracking my application status. Communication with HR was prompt and polite throughout the process. Two thumbs up for the company.
- Can you share an example of a creative or "outside the box" solution you implemented to solve a workplace problem?
