& Process

The interview process started with a coordinator setting things up, which was nice. Then, the interview itself was in a conference room and had two parts. First, I talked to the coordinator who went over the company benefits. After that, I met with the supervisor and a co-worker for the main part of the interview. They asked standard questions about my background and experience, and what I could bring to the company. The company seemed really relaxed and supportive, which was a great vibe. Overall, it was a really good interview experience.

I was contacted by HR and they were really nice and positive about bringing me in. Once I set up the interview, I got to the building and was really impressed with the nice office and friendly, approachable people. An HR person took me to a room and we talked about why Encana is a great company. Then, two guys came in and interviewed me. They were super relaxed, interested, and seemed to care about me. I haven't heard back yet but I'm hoping to soon. Don't stress about interviewing with Encana.

The interview process was really simple, just one round with three interviewers. There weren't any technical questions, and I felt pretty relaxed the whole time. Since I had prior experience in the industry, I felt confident. I ended up getting the job.
