I had an initial interview, then they sent me a timed skills assessment to complete. After that, I went through about 3-4 more interviews with upper management and executives. My final interview was with HR to go over the final details about my position and expectations.

I had an initial chat with the recruiter, then went through 5 more calls with the hiring manager. After all that, I never heard back. It felt like they were just keeping me around in case they needed me later in their process.

I put in my application online and then about a week later, someone reached out asking me to do a social media test. It was a live test where someone from the social media team would show me videos from a recent football game and I had to quickly write captions for posts I thought would be good for Overtime's social media. About 7 days after that, they invited me for an interview at the office. Everyone there was really nice, and they let me know their decision within a week.
